Created using the Lievito Madre sourdough technique to produce light, fluffy sweet bread with an open crumb.
Candied citrus peel and sultanas are folded into the dough to be proven for 48 hours before baking.
850g with a 4-week shelf life.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sultanas, candied citrus peel, butter, sugar, water, egg yolk, sourdough (wheat flour & water), sea salt.
