Requirements:

  • Assist the café manager in daily operations and act as the first point of contact in their absence.
  • Oversee and motivate team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Exceptional customer service, addressing any complaints or feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure smooth café operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and cleanliness.
  • Sunday to Wednesday shifts.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items (up to 25 kg)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Available for flexible hours, including weekends if needed
  • Previous experience in a delivery or driving role is a plus but not required
  • Early starts and inclusive of one weekend day

  • Experience in the production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
  • Able to measure and combine ingredients according to recipes or specifications.
  • Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
  • Able to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
  • 12am - 8.30am shifts, Thursday to Monday
