We're looking for an up-and-coming production chef to join our Britomart production kitchen, located in the heart of the city.

The site itself is brand new, expansive and hosts our leading patisserie and kitchen teams.
The site helps supply our other stores around Auckland using the state of the art production kitchen. The role will include assisting in the preparation, cooking, organisation & maintenance. 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team

NIGHT BAKER – BELMONT

We're on the lookout for bakers to join our growing team. The position is stationed inside our Belmont bakery on the North Shore.

Requirements

  • Possess a detail oriented attitude, ready to produce high quality products.
  • Work well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure cleanliness & maintenance of the bakery & equipment.
  • Be confident to work in a self-directed environment at times.
  • Experience preferred but not necessary as all training is provided for the right candidate.
  • This role is mainly rostered for Friday, Saturday and Sundays
