Requirements 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
  • Able to measure and combine ingredients according to recipes or specifications.
  • Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
  • Able to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
  • 12am - 8.30am shifts, Thursday to Monday

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Able to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
  • 3 Days a week
