Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items (up to 25 kg)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Available for flexible hours, including weekends if needed
• Previous experience in a delivery or driving role is a plus but not required
• Wednesday to Sunday shifts

2IC - BOTANY

Requirements & responsibilities  

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Supervise team members during shifts, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
• Maintain and enhance customer service standards, ensuring all guests have a positive experience.
• Able to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
• Wednesday - Saturday shifts

Requirements 

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the production of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
• Able to measure and combine ingredients according to recipes or specifications.
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
• Able to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
• 12am - 8.30am shifts, Thursday to Monday
