Requirements 

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Washing of cutlery, crockery, kitchen equipment, and appliances using either industrial washing machines or hand washing as appropriate 
• Cleaning of all kitchen workspaces, working to a cleaning schedule 
• Cleaning of food storage areas including fridges, ensuring that the principles of food hygiene are being observed 
• 9AM - 4PM shifts

CHEF DE PARTIE - BOTANY

FULL-TIME // AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
Requirements 

• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
• Assisting with the management of health and safety
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
