What areas do you deliver?
Our small delivery team is covering as many Auckland suburbs as possible.
Postcodes currently eligible for delivery include:
0600, 0610, 0620, 0622, 0624, 0626, 0627, 0629, 1010, 1011, 1021, 1022, 1023, 1024, 1025, 1026, 1041, 1050, 1052, 1061, 1141, 1042, 1144, 1149.
We’re always working to expand our reach and send us an email if you’re desperately outside of our zones.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for all orders over $50. We have no minimum spend and delivery charge for smaller orders is charged at $12. We’re not able to accept offers to pay more for delivery outside of our delivery areas.
Which days do you deliver?
We’re delivering 7 days a week. Please place your order online before 3pm for next day delivery.
When can I expect my delivery?
Please expect your order to arrive by lunchtime. If you do not receive your order by 5pm on your chosen delivery date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It's likely that I won't be home when my order is delivered. Will you still deliver?
Yes. We will leave your order in a safe place of our choosing and we’ll also send you a text alert to say it’s arrived.
Is it possible to pick up in store?
Yes! You can pick up from our Point Chev, Ponsonby or Newmarket stores from 8am onwards.
Can I pick up orders before 8am?
8am pick up is so we can be sure all orders are ready when you arrive. Our Pt Chev store can have orders ready by 7am if required. Please send us a special email to see what we can arrange. email@example.com
Are all of your products listed online?
Not quite. We’re in the process of adding more of our everyday items to the online shop. Some items do not pack or travel well, therefore milk and other more delicate items are not available for ordering online.
Why are some of your products ‘Sold out’?
This means we are between batches of this product and we’re making more soon. Our quantities refresh after 3pm each day, be sure to order quickly to avoid missing out!
Can I edit the details of my order?
Please send us an email outlining all of the changes to firstname.lastname@example.org. All changes must be notified by 3pm on the day prior to the selected delivery date. Please always reference your order number.
Can I get my bread sliced?
Yes, this option is available for each sourdough loaf.
We offer a 10% discount for all orders over $200. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.
How fresh is your bread and pastry?
Very. Your bread and/or pastries will have come out of the oven the morning of its delivery day.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are available in-store only. Please visit our Pt Chev store and we’ll write one out for you. We’re in the process of adding this to the website.
Are you still hosting Friday night pizza at Pt Chev?
Soon. We’ve decided that pizza nights are best as a summer activity. We’ll announce in-store and on our social media when we start up again.
