DELIVERY
Do you take delivery time requests for orders?
No. We don't offer delivery time slots for online orders. If you would like your order early, or a specific time, we recommend selecting pick-up from one of our stores at the checkout.
What areas do you deliver?
Local delivery is available to a large area of Tāmaki Makaurau. We also have an overnight courier option for any area's we can't reach.

Which days do you deliver?
We’re delivering everyday. Please place your order online before 1.30pm for next day delivery.
When can I expect my delivery?
Please expect your order to arrive between 8AM and 1PM for local delivery. If you do not receive your order by 1pm on your chosen delivery date, email us at orders@dailybread.co.nz
It's likely that I won't be home when my order is delivered. Will you still deliver?
Yes. Simply place a note at checkout or we will leave your order in a safe place of our choosing with an email alert to say it’s arrived.
Can I arrange a large order for a corporate gifts?
Absolutely. We can arrange individually bagged orders for pick-up and delivery. To get some specific advise, please email hello@dailybread.co.nz with your vision. We're happy to walk you through the process.
PICK UP
Is it possible to pick up in store?
Yes! You can pick up from all of our stores from 8am onwards.
Can I pick up orders before 8am?
8am pick up is so we can be sure all orders are ready when you arrive.
Our Pt Chev store can have orders ready by 7am if required. Please send us a special email to see what we can arrange. orders@dailybread.co.nz
ORDERING
Are all of your products listed online?
Not quite. We’re in the process of adding more of our everyday items to the online shop. Some items do not pack or travel well, delicate items are not available for ordering online.
Why are some of your products ‘Sold out’?
This means we are between batches of this product and we’re making more soon. Our quantities refresh after 1.30pm each day, be sure to order quickly to avoid missing out!
Can I edit the details of my order?
Please send us an email outlining all of the changes to orders@dailybread.co.nz
All changes must be notified by 1.30pm on the day prior to the selected delivery date. Please always reference your 5 digit order number.
GENERAL
Can I get my bread sliced?
Yes, simply select how you would like it (whole, toast or sandwich) at the drop down menu.
How fresh is your bread and pastry?
Very. Your bread and/or pastries will have come out of the oven the morning of their delivery day.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are available online & in-store. Please note if you purchase a voucher online, it is for online use only. If you purchase a voucher in-store, that is for in-store use only.
Please email us at orders@dailybread.co.nz if you'd like an online voucher made into a physical one.
