When ordering hot food for your event, it's important to ensure you have enough for everyone without over or under ordering. Here’s a guide to make sure you get the right amount:
Serving Sizes:
Quarter Piece: A quarter portion is roughly equivalent to the size of an average piece of chicken. This can help guide portion sizes for main proteins.
Sides: This is generally enough to accompany a large meal, such as our chicken, salmon or beef cheek dishes.
Meal Variety:
When placing your order, we recommend offering an array of options to cater to different tastes and preferences. For example, pairing proteins with a mix of vegetarian sides like roasted beetroot or potato skin ensures there’s something for everyone.
What is ‘enough’?
On average, one main portion (e.g., a quarter chicken or its equivalent) and two sides per person is considered a good balance for a meal. Keep in mind that some people may prefer lighter or heavier meals, so it's always good to order a little extra, especially for larger groups.
