Everything is prepared fresh from our Britomart store for you to pick up at the time and date requested. Orders must made placed 2 days ahead. Note that the salads are seasonal and subject to change from the images. 

SMALL SALAD BOX 
1 salad flavour, feeds around 5 - 10 as a side

MEDIUM SALAD BOX 
2 salad flavours, feeds around 10 - 15 as a side

LARGE SALAD BOX 
3 salad flavours, feeds around 15 - 20 as a side

Current salads

Green goddess ceaser: cos lettuce, green pea, cucumber, broccoli, mung bean, green goddess dressing, parmesan, aioli, croutons, egg.

Asian slaw: Red cabbage, carrots, red onion, red radish, bean sprouts, rice noodles, mint, thai basil, coriander, chives, fermented chilli (red chillies, shallots, ginger, garlic, cider vinegar,sugar, canola oil, lime juice, salt, coriander) pork neck, pinapple, crispy shallots, toasted sesame seeds. Caramel soy (sugar, soy sauce, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, malt vinegar)

Roast vege: Pumpkin, kumara, cucumber, kale, chives, BBQ onions, blistered grapes, smoked sour cream ( sour cream, yoghurt, lemon juice) Sambal dressing ( dry red chillies, brown onions, ginger, garlic, canola oil, coconut sugar, salt, lemon juice, roasted red peppers)
