Everything is prepared fresh from our Britomart store for you to pick up at the time and date requested. Orders must made placed 2 days ahead. Note that the salads are seasonal and subject to change from the images. 

SMALL SALAD BOX 
1 salad flavour, feeds around 5 - 10 as a side

MEDIUM SALAD BOX 
2 salad flavours, feeds around 10 - 15 as a side

LARGE SALAD BOX 
3 salad flavours, feeds around 15 - 20 as a side

Current salads

Green goddess caeser: cos lettuce, green pea, cucumber, broccoli, mung bean, green goddess dressing, parmesan, aioli, croutons, egg.
Mediterranean pasta salad: Shell pasta, marinara sauce (tomatoes, garlic, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, sugar, olive oil, tomato paste, red wine, salt, onions, saffron, all spice, cinnamon) black olives, parsley, orange zest, cherry tomatoes, silverbeet, feta, truffle oil.
Chana dhal salad: coriander, turmeric, garlic, ginger, star anise, cinnamon quill, cloves, mustard seeds, kashmiri chilli powder, mustard oil, cardamom, yellow pepper, yellow tomatoes, corn, curry leaf, pappadum, peach, pickled onion (sugar, water, vinegar, turmeric), tamarind dressing (tamarind, coconut yoghurt, fermented chilli, coriander, coronation spices).
