Hot Cross Bun
Daily Bread's sourdough hot cross buns are heavy on spice, sweet with dried fruit and finished with a sticky glaze. The buns benefit from a long fermentation process, rendering them springy, moist and flavourful. Best eaten toasted with a generous slab of butter on top.
