Our sourdough hot cross buns, mixed with cocoa and filled with 55% Callebaut chocolate & sour cherries. Possibly our favourite creation yet. Moist and springy; finished with an orange & cardamom glaze.

Best toasted with a generous lashing of butter. 

Ingredients; Wheat flour (folic acid), lievito madre (wheat flour,water), 55% Callebaut chocolate (15%), butter (milk), dried cherry (9%), sugar, egg yolk (egg), gluten, glaze (fresh orange juice, cardamon, bay leaf, pectin, glucose), yeast, cocoa powder, rum, sea salt, emulsifier (soy lecithin).
