Ingredients; Wheat flour (folic acid), lievito madre (wheat flour,water), 55% Callebaut chocolate (15%), butter (milk), dried cherry (9%), sugar, egg yolk (egg), gluten, glaze (fresh orange juice, cardamon, bay leaf, pectin, glucose), yeast, cocoa powder, rum, sea salt, emulsifier (soy lecithin).
