Our raspberry mille-feuille cake is layers of buttery crumbly pastry with creamy custard and tart raspberry compote. Topped with loads of fresh raspberries.

Mille feuille cakes must be ordered at least 3 days prior to requirement.
Keep refrigerated until use.
Remove the cake from the fridge around 1 hour before consumption.
We recommend using a sharp, serrated knife to get through all the layers.
