Mille feuille cakes must be ordered at least 3 days prior to requirement.
Keep refrigerated until use.
Remove the cake from the fridge around 1 hour before consumption.
We recommend using a sharp, serrated knife to get through all the layers.

Ingredients: house-made puff pastry, egg yolk, strawberries, salt, butter, gelatine, cornflour, milk, cream, dark chocolate.
