Silky smooth and totally addictive, the hummus has been a crowd favourite since the restaurant opened its doors in 2016.
The hummus is handmade in small batches by Gemmayze St head chef and owner-operator Samir Allen. It takes three days to create from scratch and is based off his family’s beloved recipe.
Ingredients: Chickpeas (50%), tahini (25%), lemon juice, garlic, salt, paprika, oil (canola, paprika), citric acid.
