Daily Bread feels strongly about supporting New Zealand farmers who use organic, spray free and biodynamic farming techniques. Where possible, we source all of our wheat and and rye from growers in the Canterbury Plains, which has an incredible climate for growing arable grains.
When working with farmers, we mostly look for heritage grains and varieties that haven’t been manipulated.
