These packs come with either frozen pain au chocolate, frozen croissants or a mix of both. All encased in a resealable bag. Included are instructions on how to become a baker overnight.
Select an option of:
- 4 x Pain au chocolat and 4 x Croissants
- 6 x Pain au chocolat
- 6 x Croissants
You'll require an egg, milk and salt to create an egg wash. It takes around 14 hours to prove these in your oven, so plan for arrival one day in advance of baking.
Ingredients: 55% valrhona dark chocolate, milk, wheat flour, whole grain wheat flour, salt, sugar, improver, malt, fresh yeast. Eggs will be required for an egg wash.
