Eggplant kasundi

Made with eggplant and capsicum from down at Tomtit Farm in the Waikato. This chutney is aromatic and gently spiced. It is great paired with eggs, curry, rice dishes or grilled meat. We like ours in a bap with pakora and a fried egg.


Ingredients: Eggplant, onions, capsicum, red wine vinegar (sulphites), sugar, garlic, ginger, mustard, canola oil, sea salt, spices.
